These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bare Soap & Body website and the purchase of our products. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Product Information & Disclaimer

• Our soaps and body care products are handmade in small batches, so slight variations may occur.
• Our products may not be suitable for everyone. Always perform a patch test before use and discontinue if irritation or reaction occurs.
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
  

Orders & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g. Square, PayPal, etc).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us via email at info@baresoapbody.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods with proof of damage for a replacement or refund. A refund will only be offered if we are unable to replace the product.

Cancelling an Order
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed.

Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout before completing your order. We are unable to apply discounts to orders that have already been placed. If a valid discount code is not entered at the time of purchase, the discount will not be honored.

Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to have orders dispatched with 1 - 3 business days after receiving payment.
• Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with fees calculated based on the parcel’s size, weight, and destination. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $13.95 per order and free shipping on orders over $120.
• In rare cases where shipping costs are unusually high or a pricing discrepancy occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact the customer to arrange additional payment.
• Please note, we do not not internationally.
• We offer free local delivery for orders over $30 to the following postcodes: 4374, 4375, 4376, 3477, and 4378. These orders are hand-delivered to your mailbox when possible; otherwise, they will be left in a safe place at your postal address. You will be contacted once your order has been delivered.

Click & Collect | Market Collection

• We only offer click & collect services from our market stall locations.
• Market dates and locations are available on our 'Find Me' page.
• Bare Soap & Body is operated from a home address; please do not arrive at this address to collect your order.
